We’ve hit our first speed bump, kids! While in the process of trying to submit paperwork to the city, the architects found out that we can’t move forward on permitting because the lot doesn’t have a real address. Say whaaa?

Had some fun today installing this yarn-lettering at Woolwinders in Rockville, MD yesterday. We are working together on a brand refresh and this is one of the projects that is part of implementing the new look. This is only part of the new identity. Can’t wait to reveal the rest!
What size makes a tiny house, like, officially tiny? A quick search on Google says anything under 500-square-feet, but I’ve seen some pretty cool ones over 700. I’ve also read that 250-square-feet is the limit, anything over being a park model or small house. It’s all pretty confusing so I posed this question to members of my favorite tiny enthusiast groups on Facebook to get their feedback.
