Please read the following terms of service as they govern your use of this site.

By using this site, you agree to abide by the following Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use this site in any way. I (Shelli Martinez) reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notification. Please review this page periodically for changes. Any use of this site at any time constitutes full acceptance of these Terms.

Production

I am committed to providing you with the best quality products. Items are made in small quantities to maintain high standards of quality. Please be aware, variations in style, color, size, shape and look may occur. I have done my best to display items as accurately as possible on this site. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review the “returns” tab for additional information.

Reproduction

All content on this site is copyrighted. My existing and/or custom designs can not be re-drawn or reproduced in any capacity without my consent.

Liability

Products are to be used at your own risk. Pin posts are sharp and Shelli Can is not responsible for any injury or damage to personal property.

Returns/Exchanges/Cancellations – Retail Customers

I’ll gladly accept returns within 14 days of receipt of your order. Items must be returned in their original condition with packaging undisturbed.

Orders can be cancelled at anytime before being marked for shipment. If an order has already been shipped, it must be submitted for a return.

If you wish to exchange an item, please email me with a brief description of what you would like to exchange. Items must be returned in their original condition with packaging undisturbed. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs related to the exchange. The customer can provide their own shipping labels or, upon request, return shipping labels can be provided. Items being returned for an exchange must be sent back within 14 days of receipt of your new item(s). If the original items are not returned within 14 days, the customer will be charged for those items in full.

Returns/Replacements/Cancellations – Stockists

I’ll gladly replace defective items within 14 days of receipt of your order. Please email photos of your defective items for replacement approval. If approved, items must be returned in their original condition with packaging undisturbed. Items will be replaced in 2-4 weeks unless otherwise specified.

Orders can be cancelled at anytime before being marked for shipment. If an order has already been shipped, it must be submitted for a return.

I do not accept returns for wholesale orders. If you are unsure about styles/colors, I recommend purchasing samples before ordering. Please contact me if you have any concerns.

Shipping Refunds

Shipping costs are non-refundable. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Exceptions

Because of the nature of these items, the following items can not be returned, exchanged, or cancelled.

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Digital downloads
  • Sale items
Shipping within the USA

All orders are shipped via USPS from Alexandria, Virginia. Shipping generally takes 2–5 business days within the continental United States unless otherwise noted. Custom orders usually require additional time for production. Custom orders will be shipped after artwork approval and production.

International Shipping

I offer shipping internationally, however I am not responsible for customs costs or tax duties that may apply. All international orders are shipped via USPS and generally take at least 10 business days.

Shipping Refunds

Shipping costs are non-refundable. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Accepted Credit Cards

Most major credit cards are accepted.

Sales Tax

I am not required to charge sales tax outside of the Commonwealth of Virginia. Orders placed within Virginia will be subject to a 6% sales tax.

Donations

Donations from corresponding products are made annually after profits from each item are calculated. This is to provide a single, substantial donation, rather than many small ones.

Retail Customers

I will only use your contact information:

  • To communicate with you about your order
  • To fulfill your order
  • For legal reasons (like paying taxes)

I may contact you or provide you with service-related and or promotional notices by means of postal mail, electronic mail, general site notifications, and more using the contact information you have provided.

Stockists

Your store name and company’s contact information may be shared on this site and on social media to promote my products and services. Please contact me if you wish to restrict the usage of this information.

Going Paperless

In an effort to reduce paper waste, I will not include printed invoices or packing slips with your order as these are often discarded. Your itemized receipt will include all necessary details and can be printed for your personal records. A PDF invoice is also available via your account page.

Packaging

In an effort to reduce plastic consumption, I do not individually package my products in poly bags (pins, patches, stickers, etc…). Clear poly bags that are used for shipping can be recycled.

This section applies to Stockists/Wholesalers only. Products bought at the retail value can not be resold under any circumstances.

General Info

Stockists can purchase listed products at 50% off retail prices (not including sale prices).

These wholesale orders:

  • Must meet a minimum order quantity of 25 items.
  • Are exempt from sales tax.

Shipping costs will be calculated in the shopping cart.

Reselling In-Store

Stockists have permission to sell product(s) purchased from this site (wholesale or custom) at their brick and mortar store.

Reselling Online

Products can not be sold in your online shop unless given prior consent. This is so I remain the primary online retailer. Please contact me if you wish to sell products online.

Reselling at Trade Shows/ Events

Products can not be sold at any trade show or event unless given prior consent. This is to prevent any product overlap between vendors. Please contact me if you wish to sell products at a trade show or event.

Custom Designs

Custom products created specifically for you or your company can be sold at your shop, online, and at any trade shows/events.

Pricing

Stockists must use the same retail pricing as listed on this site to keep fair and equal pricing between all resellers and myself.

Artwork Ownership

As the creator of the original artwork, I reserve full ownership of the design/artwork I create for you. If I choose to do so, I may use this artwork to reproduce the same products or create new products and sell them in my shop to both retail and wholesale customers. I do not currently create take on projects that will require me to release ownership of my design(s).
