Do you have a physical shop?

Not currently. You can find my products at one of my many amazing stockists.

When will I receive my order?

Orders are packed every Monday and shipped the following Tuesday (unless otherwise noted). Please factor that in when selecting a shipping method. If you ordered backordered or preorder items, your order will ship once all items can be fulfilled. Production times vary, but generally you can expect backorders/preorders to ship in approximately 4-6 weeks.

How do I make a return/exchange?

I do not accept returns or exchanges at this time. If a product is defective I am happy to send you a replacement. Please send photos along with your order number to hello@shellican.com.

I already placed an order. Can I add something to it?

Absolutely! Please email hello@shellican.com with your order number along with the items you'd like to add. I will add the new things to your existing order so you don't have to pay for shipping twice.

I'm going to one of your events. Will you save something for me?

I'm sorry, I don’t do “savesies” no matter how much I love you. It’s not about love, it’s about fairness.

Where are your products made?

All over. Pins and other enamel pieces are manufactured internationally. Most of everything else is produced in the United States. Items are handmade whenever possible and I also love collaborating with other small businesses!

How can I place a wholesale order?

Can we feature your products online/in our publication?

Can I use your artwork for a tattoo?

Heck yes! I’m honored that you want to permanently ink one of my designs onto your hot body. Please email hello@shellican.com for permission and I'll provide you or your tattoo artist with the appropriate image files.
