Printing Instructions

Two PDFs are included. One without crop marks (best for printing on cards pre-cut to the document size of 4" w x 5.5" h) and one with crop marks (best for printing on letter-sized paper and trimming afterwards). Use 80-100# card stock for best results.

1. Open the document.
2. From the “File” drop-down menu select “Print”.
3. In the “Page Size and Paper Handling” section (or similar), set page size to “Actual Size”.
4. If your printer supports double-sided (duplex) printing:
   1. Enable duplex printing.
   2. Select “Flip on Short Edge” (recommended for postcards).
5. If your printer does not support duplex printing:
   1. Print the first side
   2. Reinsert the paper to print the second side.
6. Print one sheet at a time to test alignment and color before printing multiples. Adjust settings as needed.
