Shelli Can products are to be used at your own risk. Pins and other enamel pieces are not suitable for small children (choking hazard!). Shelli Can is not responsible for any injury or damage to personal property.

I’ll gladly accept returns or exchanges for defective or damaged items within 14 days of receipt of your order. Please email me with your order number, a brief description of the return or exchange, and photos of the defective or damaged item(s). Defects and damage include (but are not limited to), missing parts, rips, tears, stains, and misprints.

Orders can be cancelled at anytime before being marked for shipment. If an order has already been shipped, it can not be cancelled and must be submitted for a return.

As these items are made-to-order, preorders can not be cancelled, returned, or exchanged for any reason. We will gladly refund you for any defective or misprinted items. Please email me with your order number and photos of the defect or damage.

Shipping generally takes 2–5 business days within the continental United States unless otherwise noted. You will receive an email notification once your order ships.

I offer shipping internationally, however I am not responsible for customs costs or tax duties that may apply. All international orders are shipped via USPS and generally take at least 10-15 business days.
