I am committed to providing you with the best quality products. Items are made in small so slight variations in style, color, size, and shape may occur. I have done my best to display items as accurately as possible on this site. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please review the “Returns” section for additional information.

All content on this site is copyrighted. My artwork can not be re-drawn or reproduced in any capacity without my consent.

Shelli Can products are to be used at your own risk. Pins and other enamel pieces are not suitable for small children (choking hazard!). Shelli Can is not responsible for any injury or damage to personal property.

Accepted Credit Cards
Most major credit cards are accepted.

Sales Tax
Sales tax will be calculated and automatically added to your order if applicable.

Donations from charitable products are made annually unless otherwise noted. This is to provide a single, substantial donation rather than many small ones.


Privacy Policy

I will only use your contact information:
  • To communicate with you about your order
  • To fulfill your order
  • For legal reasons (like paying taxes)

I may contact you or provide you with service-related and or promotional notices by means of postal mail, electronic mail, general site notifications, and more using the contact information you have provided.


Refund Policy

I’ll gladly accept returns within 14 days of receipt of your order. Items must be returned in their original condition with packaging undisturbed.

Orders can be cancelled at anytime before being marked for shipment. If an order has already been shipped, it must be submitted for a return.

If you wish to exchange an item, please email me with a brief description of what you would like to exchange. Items must be returned in their original condition with packaging undisturbed.

The customer is responsible for all shipping costs related to the exchange. The customer can provide their own shipping labels or, upon request, return shipping labels can be provided for an additional charge.

I do not accept returns or exchanges for out-of-stock items, items purchased on sale, digital downloads, collaborations with other makers, candles, or preorders.

Shipping Within the USA
All orders are shipped via USPS from Alexandria, Virginia. Please allow up to 4 business days for your order to be packed.

Shipping generally takes 2–5 business days within the continental United States unless otherwise noted. You will receive a Shippo email notification once your order ships.

Custom orders usually require additional time for production and will be shipped accordingly.

International Shipping
I offer shipping internationally, however I am not responsible for customs costs or tax duties that may apply. All international orders are shipped via USPS and generally take at least 10-15 business days.

Shipping Refunds
Shipping costs are non-refundable. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Orders are packed in a smoke free, pet-friendly space.

Going Paperless
In an effort to reduce paper waste, I will not include printed receipts/invoices or packing slips with your order as these are often discarded. A PDF invoice is available via your account page.

Conscious Packaging
In an effort to reduce plastic consumption, I do not individually package my products in poly bags (pins, patches, stickers, etc…). Clear poly bags and mailers that are used for shipping can be recycled along with any paper packaging including backer cards, hang tags, and order notes.



This section applies to Stockists/Wholesalers only. Products bought at the retail value can not be resold under any circumstances. Failure to comply with these policies will result in the removal of your stockist account.

General Info
Wholesale orders must meet a minimum of $125.

Reselling In-Store
Stockists have permission to sell product(s) purchased from this site at a brick and mortar store, online, and at trade shows/events.

Stockists must use the same retail pricing as listed on this site to keep fair and equal pricing between all resellers and myself.

I do not accept returns for wholesale orders. I’ll gladly replace defective items within 14 days of receipt of your order. Please email photos of your defective items for replacement approval. If approved, items must be returned in their original condition with packaging undisturbed. Items will be replaced in 4-6 weeks unless otherwise specified.

If you are unsure about styles/colors, I recommend purchasing samples before ordering. Please contact me if you have any concerns.

Going Paperless
In an effort to reduce paper waste, I will not include printed invoices or packing slips with your order as these are often discarded. Please contact me if you need me to re-send a copy of your invoice.

Your store name and company’s contact information may be shared on this site and on social media to promote my products and services. Please contact me if you wish to restrict the usage of this information.

Stockist Page Listings
Once you place an order, your shop will be listed on my Stockists page with a link to your website. To keep my stockist listings as accurate as possible, any accounts will be automatically removed if orders discontinue after 1 year.
